#11 simplex bulk remove

[Now that I'm using the correct version of simplex].
Bulk remove observations would be helpful. This includes multiple selection of check boxes (it multiple selected, but then only removed one).
Bulk remove components would be good too. Often, I'm not interested in up component, so removing all up observations would be helpful.
