#151 No arrowhead on disloc KML

Arrow layer on disloc KML is not plotting the arrowheads.
Also KML file has the folder, then a root folder, then the layers. Seems the root folder needn't be there.
Last couldn't the interferogram be in the same file so that the user only has to do one download?
