#148 simplex calculate endpoint

In the simplex interface, calculate endpoint is not working. If one has location x&y, strike, and length, or lat/lon start, strike, and length it should be possible to calculate lat/lon end and the other of x&y or lat/lon start. Nothing happens for Calculate endpoint regardless of what is filled in on the form.
