#145 page not starting completely refreshed

Usually when I go to a page with a table, the table starts out not filled in with values. Once I refresh it, then the values show up. For example, for disloc plot insar results starts with a blank table as does the main disloc menu. In the latter case, the values for the faults don't show unless I refresh the page. Seems that something is happening before something else needs to happen. Content is not generated fast enough perhaps?
