#136 disloc update fault

I didn't originally calculate lat/lon end points of the fault. So the google maps fault had one end point at (0, 0) (lat, lon). I wanted to have those endpoints calculated then, but couldn't get to the form that does that piece. Isn't this something that should be done on the backend anyhow, if there is a length, strike and fault origin?
