#11 Add Crimild.Scripting Subsystem

Crimild.Scripting should provide all of the required functionality in order to use scripting language (i.e. Pythong, LUA, etc.) as part of the scenegraph.

Things that can be included:

• ScriptedController
• Python support
• Python compatible classes
