#5 New tab order

When a new tab is created, it should be added to the
end of the tabs for just that sever, not the entire tab
list.

Also, there should be an option to close whatever you
have in the tab, instead of just closing the tab. For
example, if you're in a /query with someone, it should
actually close the /query instead of just closing the tab.
