#32 interface stats in systemperf sample configs

It seems a lot of people would like to be able to get
interface statistics from Net-SNMP/UCD-SNMP hosts.
This seems a reasonable expectation and host
interfaces aren't AFAICT supported under the existing
samples tree. /systemperf seems a reasonable place to
add these data.
