#3 Compiling the JNI bridge with no extra dynamic dependency

In most cases you will wish to compile JNI .so without extra dependency to libcrfpp.so. So that you need to take object files, which are compiled with -fPIC from .libs, not one packaged in .libs/libcrfpp.a. The idea in in the patch.

Note: I would be nice if java/Makfile is also controlled by libtool, as for Win32 platform you need to rename .so to .dll, plus there might be other problems araised with export table.
