#2 Support for MinGW compiler

CRF++ community,

For somebody, who is interested in compiling CRF++ with MinGW compiler, I found that the supplied patch almost does it's job. I also needed to replace all

allow_undefined_flag="unsupported"

with

allow_undefined_flag=""

in ./libtool script. Afterwards I was able to compile the executables, linked dynamically to the library with MinGW compiler.
