Raspberry Pi Raspbian binary added

Finally, I got round to compiling the Raspberry Pi version of the emulator.

You will need to have SDL 2.0.3 on your Pi.

On an non-overclocked Pi, you can play fine with normal 22Khz sound.

However, 44Khz is a stretch :)
