#1 Computer Serious Error Report

When attempting to load the Creative PC-Cam 350
camera onto my Computer which has XP, I get the box
where it says found new hardware, continue
(recommended) just like the instructions say. However,
the computer then comes up with the box that says
that it is not Windows Recommended. No problem, the
instructions in the book say "Continue Anyway". My
system within 15 seconds after hitting that button
reboots my computer automatically. I would like to start
using this PC Cam, but have no clue how to get around
the installation.
