Any > help would be much appreciated. The key is assigned at install (there is a checkbox for it during), and it is assigned to the Start Menu > Programs > Cream > Cream icon. When deleted (and sometimes requiring a re-start) it should also remove the OS capture of the keystroke, thereby freeing the other app to see it again. You might also need to make sure you don't have a manually created copy of this shortcut lying around (e.g., top level Start Menu or Desktop). In my experience, the original icon's shortcut is sometimes orphaned in favor of a copy for some reason.
