#19 Internal Server Error on Easy Populate

I have tried to import a database into CRE Loaded 6.15
but every time I get an Internal Server Error message.

I exported a file, opened it in Excel, changed a few
things, saved it as a text file then tried to import it, but it
always says;

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or
misconfiguration and was unable to complete your
request.
Please contact the server administrator,
webmaster@princessa.co.uk and inform them of the
time the error occurred, and anything you might have
done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the
server error log.
