#51 option_type_feature_v1.71 integration

I'd really like to allow customers to personalize
products, etc. The option_type_feature_v1.71 will
apply to osc 2.2ms2, but I am having a whale of a time
trying to apply the functionality to CRE... I don't
see a lot of activity in CVS that would indicate anyone
is working on it.
