#50 Gift Voucher Loader

Summary:
The current contribution includes efficient handling of
Gift Vouchers in vary general terms. Entering from one
to one hundred vouchers is simply put, a breeze.

However, we need to enter potentially thousands,
perhaps millions of serialized "Gift Vouchers". The
serial numbers must correspond to an external
numbering system and must match the serial numbers on
printed, authorized "Gift Vouchers".

Therefore, we need to be able to insert "Gift Vouchers"
by means of an externally produced TAB DELIMITED TXT
file. Such file should be then added to the SQL
database of osCommerce with the same simplicity that
inventory is added when using the OSC contribution titled:

Easy Populate 2.75
