#129 Bug when Customer uses a coupon, and then you edit the order

I have found a bug that has been in CRE Since at least
version 6.15 with very few patches. This bug is also
still in 6.2 Pro Patch 08, that I personally use.

If you have a customer who places and order and uses a
coupon, the coupon will go through and work. If you
then go into this customers order and change anything,
including Status of the order it will then remove the
discount that the coupon gave the customer and add
this discounted amount into the total. This will then
screw up all your reports and everything due to the
total now being incorrect.
