#1 crcRepair cannot be opened

Double-clicking on crcrepair.jar, a message appeared saying "Invalid or corrupt jarfile", why??? Mine is Java TM 6 Standard Edition (Java (TM) Platform SE binary), which is the JAVA JRE that's required isn't it? Do I still need extra thing for it to work???
