Are you running 2 different TBS card drivers at the same time.? If so uninstall the 6903 driver just leaving the 6902 and try again.
if no difference, reinstall ebspro.
If no difference again you need to contact TBS Technologies (Davin) as likely the driver not perfect. It is strand blindscan ok in general finding all transponders, it just the analysis issue in BS mode.

For BS mode Min SR set it to 1000 and leave it for all searches- Just enter a frequency.

In BS mode 0.png your min sr is set to 16000 try at 1000.
In BS mode 2.png you min is set to 3750 try at 1000.
My reasoning is the actual locked sr is slightly lower in DT mode
Let us know how you go.
