Well I see I can handle docs in fact I just made one last night :).
For testing I can do that I have got a box.... Soon I will be buying an
IRCd+services shell.... we can test it there ill cover the cost etc..
Just for some info I am in Eastern "Standard" Time -5. o and I meant to
put lol instead of Lil :-\ Ill look at the new version in like 3 seconds
:) Seems to be fine o and I am working on a Config file creator. Ill be
done soon (its just some simple sh script) That's All

This is my plan of attack ....

We now have a small frame work for a server in place. I checked the code
into 
cvs last night (GMT). 

We can now start thinking of getting a to do list together ....
Then we can evaluate the tasks and agree on who works on what task.

We should, when evaluating a task give a time scale for coding and
testing 
(unit testing). When we add a new piece of functionality we should then
do 
some sort of intergration/regression testing to make sure the
functionality 
works as expected and that it doesn't break any of the functionality
already 
implemented.

So can we get a mail with the role intended on this project . experience
. 
where you live (for Time Zone reasons) and we'll should get a basic
feature 
capture together. i.e. what do we want to project to obtain,

- From what I have seen of the people involved in this project we will
need some 
one to handle docmentation and test.

any questions pointers or opinion's
