#6 Standalone wallpaper changer

Just a minimal distribution/recompilation, without exe installer, that contains just the wallpaper changer without the crawling and browser parts, to reduce memory footprint.

Good one, but there are some dll always used by the
wallpaper changer. The installer does not waste so much
space, anyway a simple .zip files can be enough (there are
not COM or so on objects which must be registered).
The only bother is about populating the existing code with
#ifdef, but I think a such release can be done for this month.
