I don't understand how this could be a good idea:
* theme/consistency reasons: Wucad Mu is highly INT flavoured, failures to
use it drain large amounts of INT, etc
* a little-used +22/+13 item isn't going to see more use at +9. The base
item is staff, which puts it at around -12 dam enchantment equivalent
(assuming only 11 dex and minimal skill) compared to one-handers the
player is quite certain to have access to at that time. There's no brand
or special damage, too, which further sways the comparison.
How to squander your resources: those silly Swedes have a sauce named
"hovmästarsås", the best thing ever to put on cheese, yet they waste it
solely on mere salmon.
