As a hunter, I basically never want to use my bow/arrows to shoot at some fish in deep water. Could there be some way to make this not happen automatically, even if the fish is the closest thing to me?
This should probably be generalized to monsters that do not trigger i_feel_safe, i.e. fish without a path to you, plants, and whatever else we come up with.
