#2948 Special-case Shatter phrasing in Pandemonium etc (spells)

When casting 'Shatter,' the associated spell message is "The dungeon rumbles.".

Obviously, in the halls of Pandemonium, the Abyss, or any of the Hells (tested: Vestibule, Gehenna), the message is inappropriate, unless of course these are considered to be part of the 'dungeon' as a whole. Instead, it would probably be better if the message was "The <name of current branch> rumbles." This would result in:

"The Abyss rumbles."
"The Lair of the Beasts rumbles."
etc.

I like the current message for the overall dungeon (including Lair etc.), but I agree that for branches outside the dungeon (i.e. reached via portal) there should be a special case, sorta like Magic Mapping is handled differently according to level type.
