I almost have the system working again having rebuilt the service from source and installed the web service by unzipping the zip file (as there is no tar ball).

However although I have managed to add a user, receive the email notification and create a project I do get error 500 for some requests and when uploading PDB files.

The error is:-

Error 500
require_once(Base/src/base.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

I think this has something to do with auto loading and eZ Components but I haven't a clue how to resolve the problem.

Is there perhaps another PHP dependency that I might be missing?

Can somebody at least give me a clue as to what is wrong with our PHP Web Service?

We paid for a licence which expired in January 2015. In February 2015 we had to change servers and as the old code is tied to the server we required the new code without the licence restriction.

Our CrashFix system has now been down for 7 months and we really need some assistance in getting it back up and running

I've fixed this and uploaded new .zip and .tar.gz archives to the Download page. Can you please use those and tell me if the problem gone away?
