#18 latest webapp source code fails because of jquery incompatiblities

the latest source code uses jquery 1.11 however some javascript in the webapp wasn't updated for it. Especially the .on() method no longer exists in jquery. but it is used in several pages.
The result was a broken dropdown box in the collections view and a hidden 'Delete Selected' button that didn't respond to selection changes.

I've made a patch for this, see attachment.
It boils down to adding the file jquery-migrate-1.2.1.js to the project.
So it's more of a workaround instead of a valid fix.
