CRaPI and Tiro released!

CRaPI is a framework for development of teams in the Robocup simulated league. The framework is event driven and not bound to any specific agent architecture.

Tiro is a RoboCup client (a player) which uses the CRaPI framework. We developed it to provide a tutorial on how to use CRaPI.
