#14 Bad HTML formatting displaying query results

The width of table columns and rows is pooched,
especially for very long lists. For example, a list with
400+ pictures in it will have the links column scrunched
up way too narrow, and the caption column blown all the
way out to the edge of the window.

This is probably precipitated by a name column with a
name too long to comfortably fit.
