[craft-devel] Support Request not noticed

Hey,

on June, 9th, we got a support request and nobody noticed that. I'v just
assigned it to me.

Due to this dereliction I'm suggesting to auto-assign all requests to me first
as a kind of wrapper and I will assign it to the "affected person". Do you think
this would be ok? Or not?
