#4 switch wifi on bandwidth basis

First of all, your app is awesome!
I think that could be useful to add the possibility of switch of the wifi if the bandwidth is under an amount (ex. 2 kb/s).
It could be useful when the screen goes off to prevent the disconnection if you are downloading something, but also prevent to keep the wifi on even if it wasn't really used.

I was thinking about this for quite some time, therefore the late answer...
... think it is a valid request.

There are two main problems:

1) It is not strait forward to implement, since it is not completely in accordance with the logic of cpu tuner (but it is possible to implement). The logical (first step) would be not to switch of wifi if data was transferred and then later check if the transfer is finished and switch it off.

2) I would not use it (since I hardly ever use wifi).
Therefore, to have it implemented anytime soon, someone else would have to step forward and implement it.
