#5 massive memory leak on OS X 10.6.3

I've checked out and built svn version 38 (2010-04-23 23:42:51) on my Mac OS X 10.6.3 machine and while the executable runs it doesn't work and has a 1GB memory leak. I get the following:

Sometimes I get
Error: No such file or directory
at the end.

At that point cpulimit is using up > 1GB of real memory.

FYI: I've tried compiling this both 32bit and 64bit with the same result.
