#3 cpufreqd.conf cleanup and new example

Hello,

The patch cleans up your config files so that the lines
inside
[Rules] appear in descending "hit-order" and it's
easier to spot
which rule will get a go.

The second attachment is a config file I created for my
owerBook G4 12" so it doesn't heat so often and makes
the fan
go crazy. I thought that maybe other people could find
it useful;
and even if only as a bad example ;-)

Third, I'm really looking forward to being able to hit on
cpu-temperature values :-D
