[Cpu-users] seperate posix-conforming and non-posix-conforming usernames?

Hello!

May it be possible to implement that accounts, whose names do not
conform to posix, get their own uid-space? e.g. 1000-10000 for normal
users and 10001-20000 for users, like e.g. tigris$? 
Would it be worth it?

Just an Idea ... what do you think?
