[Cpu-users] shadowLastchange

When a cpu usermod -P username is done, it updates shadowLastchange in my
ldap repository.  I was under the impression that that was seconds since
epoch, but the numbers it's putting in there are only 5 digits.  I need to
translate that number out to check password ageing...what, exactly is being
put in that field?
