Thanks for the bug report. I'm sorry you had to redo the config file. Unfortunately between releases it is necessary to overwrite with the new config file, as new config file options are introduced and old ones are obsoleted. I would suggest backing up your config file prior to upgrading the software, but I have reflected that in the INSTALL file. I think I have fixed the md5 problem you are having. Could you grab the latest source from cvs and try to compile it again?
