#22 Add password expiry features from passwd

cpu is lacking passwds ability to modify password
expiring information on the command line, i.e. passwd's
-x
-n
-w
-i
-e
-d
switches.

Also the information that can be retrieved via -S is
missing.

It would be great if cpu could handle this too.
