#8 should be more conditional HDR_FLAG

Some process modules have HDR_FLAG in the GUI, so that it only functions on flagged traces. Unfortunately, many do not have this. Every single-trace algorithm should have this feature. For example, XP does not have it. It might have seemed silly to the programmers, but somebody else could dream up a job flow that needs this - say different AGC windows on different offsets. I think it can not be too difficult to include this in single-trace processes.
