c4we output has only header 1 and 3 varying. Typically, it would be used on shot gathers, with HDR_IN=9.
The output trace should thus take header 3 and whatever HDR_IN is from the input data (e.g. header 9).
The only exception would be if HDR_IN=0 meaning all the traces are used.
