It is all setup in va_application.cc, it has merely been hidden by an unmapCascade function. If you remove that line, then you get the menu back. Now you might think most of this menu is redundant. However, it has one feature - an overlay of interval velocity that is quite useful for us velocity nerds. It also allows one to quickly compare doppler mutes.

Done. Tarball is not updated with new version, but code can be checked out for rebuild.
