#153 msepita help is not working

Selecting Help from menu bar yield a popup help window, but wherever you move mouse, it just says "No Help found for..."
In msepita_application.cc, XtResource helpFile was coded to an invalid directory. However, changing this to point to an existing file, did not solve the problem. The initHelp function in sl_app.cc is being called, as it is in cbyt, csv or cfg.
