RCPOUT does not run as the engine requires global NUMTR to be set to something,
even though it is a setup-only process. So fix that and the next issue is
that it uses a script called 'rcpjob' that is missing. From reading the
documentation, it appears this script would submit a file to a batch queue
called 'R'. If you replace rcpjob by qsub command at the end of the wrapup
subroutine, then RCPOUT will work, provided you have installed PBS, Torque
or Grid Engine, and setup rsh on each system.
Finally: rsh/rcp is no longer available in RHEL 8 (and perhaps other
recent distros) so the code should use scp instead, or do both rcp and scp.
