[Cpputest-discussion] 2.3 Release

Hi all,

I did a CppUTest 2.3 release. Its not a very major upgrade, but fixed some Makefile issues and makes CppUTest compilable on very old make-systems.

Also, on the CppUTest Mocking, the functionality of having different return values for the same function call was added.
