As discussed on <https://sourceforge.net/projects/cppunit/forums/forum/37107/topic/3468927>, Solaris has function "finite" in libc, but in header ieeefp.h, not math.h, so the attached solarisfinite.patch is needed (CppUnit 1.12.1).
