#45 QtTestRunner for Qt3 on Win and Linux/Unix

Attached are solution and project files for MS Windows
IDE and .pro files for MS Win and Linux for creating
the QtTestRunner library with Qt3.x. Also two .cpp
files are included to fix the problem with error report
display in the failure list.
