[Cppunit-devel] Why does TestCase inherit TestFixture ?

Hi,

I am keep wondering why does TestCase inherit TestFixture ?  Is TestCase a kind of TestFixture ? Since TestFixture is used for a set of  test cases while TestCase is used for just ONE test case. So are they related by inheritance ? 

Can anyone cast a light on it ?
