[Cppunit-devel] message macro for doubles?

We have had need of the following:

  CPPUNIT_ASSERT_DOUBLES_EQUAL_MESSAGE(expected, actual, delta, msg)

It is easy for us to create a "client code" version of this, but I'm
passing it along as a suggestion for the library.
