[Cppunit-devel] question about cppunit lite

Hello Mr. Feathers,
 
I was wondering if you can refer me to any sources for compiling and running cppunit lite on Linux/Unix. I looked into the readme for cppunitlite.zip, and found compilation instructions for windows. Also, I was wondering if you know if there is any cookbook page for cppunit lite?
