As far as I remember there is no regression in that version. Though, the
main difference between stable (1.8.0) and unstable version (1.9.x) is API
stability.

Be sure to check the lastest CVS News file
(http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/cppunit/cppunit/NEWS)
content for compatibility break and deprecation that occured since 1.9.8.
