I think I finally got what this problem is related to. I used 'make dist' to
make this distribution (since the build on Unix is broken (see NEWS) I got
use 'make distcheck'). It seems that build rule does not works.

The best I could do if somebody want to tackle the Unix build problem and
does not have CVS access it a tar ball of the exported CVS.
