[Cppunit-devel] Is this project dead?

I was very pleased to see that CppUnit had been updated this summer,
following the suggested improvements on the WikiWikiWeb.  The activity stats
show the rapid decline in August and September.  Is there going to be a new
release in the near future?  Are patches or suggestions being examined?  Is
anyone there?
